21th Amendment

Section 1. The eighteenth article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.

Section 2. The transportation or importation into any State, Territory, or possession of the United States for delivery or use therein of intoxicating liquors, in violation of the laws thereof, is hereby prohibited.

Section 3. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by conventions in the several States, as provided in the Constitution, within seven years from the date of the submission hereof to the States by the Congress.

The 21th Amendment of the United States Constitution repealed the 18th Amendment, which is prohibition. This amendment is considered wasteful because it takes an amendment to repeal another amendment that was already passed by Congress.

In in my opinion I think the government made the right decision by repealing the 18th Amendment. They thought that by banning alcohol beverages would decrease crime rate, however they were wrong. People will do just anything to consume alcohol, even if it means to rob and kill one another.

I was searching information for the 21st Amendment and I found out something very interesting. There is a restaurant/brewery/bar in San Francisco called 21st Amendment. I'm assuming the owner of this place must take this amendment to heart.
